So I went home to Sweden for vacation and thought that I would write on my blog. But seriously sitting in a sun chair reading or sitting inside with a computer writing. Yes you know the winner of that battle!
What I really love eating while in Sweden is seafood! Shrimp and langoustine but also fresh fish that we buy from our fishmonger Magnus in Åsa, Sweden.
The Swedish lagnoustine is also called Norwegian lobster or Dublin bay prawn or in Italy my colleague says they call them scampi. In Swedish we say Havskräftor, which means ocean crayfish. So this lovely shellfish seams to have many different names. Feel free to comment what you call them in your country as I would love to know.
There will come some more blog posts from Sweden later on so stay tuned.
