Anyone who has ever been in Sweden or have a connection to Sweden knows we love our cinnamon buns! And yes we have a day for that and that is today October 4th!
I had planned to head to the Swedish Coffee Shop FIKA for a treat but it rains here in Manhattan so not too tempted to go out! Luckily I had some cinnamon buns in my freezer.
The best way to heat up frozen cinnamon buns is to do it in the oven. Then they become warm and gooey with just a little crunch on the top. And the rich warm aroma of cinnamon comes out. It smells delicious in the kitchen! And the buns are almost like freshly baked. Yummy!
Remember Life is too short to not eat and drink well!
