No summer without R&R with family and friends in Sweden! Spending time in our summer house on the west coast, reading tons of books in my sun chair and eat lots of tasty food! Especially seafood!

Living abroad there is one thing I miss more than anything else and that is the Swedish shellfish (crustaceans), especially the large crayfish and shrimp! The Scandinavian shellfish is the best in the world! The way we cook balances perfectly the saltiness of the sea with minerals. And firm and juicy meat! Yummy!!!
