Everyone who knows me personally, know I love tea! I’m not a big coffee drinker but I drink tons of tea! I’m though very picky with my tea as it can’t be too sweet or too much flowers. My favorite is the good old fashion Earl Grey. Not so exciting maybe but I love it! I have to have at least a pot every morning! Even here I’m picky as it has to have a good taste of bergamot!
I also have another favorite that my lovely friend Tanja introduced to me some years ago. It is called Prince Vladimir from Kusmi Tea. The tea is a black tea with citrus, vanilla and spices. Every time I drink it I think of my good friend Tanja. We go way back as we known each other since we were 4!
Every day I make tea in my teapot. My teapot is very special to me! I got it from my sister when I just moved to Stockholm. I lived in a tiny furnished apartment as housing is a mess in Stockholm. And my dear sister wanted to give me something that was all mine. Every morning I make tea in my teapot and I think of my sister!
When I left my work as a clinical dietitian in the department of cardiology my lovely colleagues in the cardiac rehabilitation team gave me two cups with hearts on! I treasure these cups!
So every time I make Prince Vladimir team in my teapot and drink from my heart mugs I think of lovely family, friends and colleagues back home in Sweden. Thank you for giving me memories that I can bring with me around the world!
