As it is Friday I think it is nice with a little drink tonight! And personally I really enjoy a salty snack to my drink. And I love salted almonds!
A couple of years ago I bought lovely rosemary and sea salt almonds at a food exhibition in Stockholm. I have since then reproduced these.
It is really simple:
- In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon of oil (sunflower, rapeseed or canola) with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary and 1 teaspoon of sea salt flakes.
- Add 200 grams of almonds and mix with a spoon.
- Spread out almonds on a cookie sheet and roast in the oven at 175 degrees C (350F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the almonds cool down and then place in a bowl to enjoy with your drinks!
Remember Life is too short to not eat and drink well!
